Mariposa Package

The Mariposa package has been created for the individual who has planned everything but wants their day to go smoothly without the worry of doing it alone. Let us manage the details of your special day.

  • Three meetings prior to event allowing us to understand your vision so that your day is executed flawlessly.
  • On-site day of coordination.
  • Complete event management.
  • Vendor contract review and confirmation of details prior to event.
  • Create and manage timeline. Keep event on time and on track.
  • Gather all items for event set up: Programs, photos, guest book, place cards, cake serving set, toasting flutes, favors, etc.
  • Execute event introductions.
  • Assist with clean up and breakdown at conclusion of event.

Monarch Package

The Monarch package includes an array of services to fit anyone's needs. This package allows you to still have full involvement in all the exciting details of your special day, but without the headache and overwhelming feeling of making it happen all by yourself.

  • Includes all outlined services in Mariposa package.
  • Five meetings prior to your special day.
  • Set and maintain budget.
  • Assist in vendor selections and attend up to four vendor meetings.
  • Create event planning timeline and check list for client.
  • Complete venue walk through. Finalize all set up and layout.
  • Attend final catering meeting and review all F&B contracts.

Farfalla Package

This deluxe package will prepare any individual with the full service planning process they are looking for. From your vision, to the day of your event, we will handle every detail seamlessly and efficiently.

  • Includes all outlined services in Monarch package.
  • Up to seven meetings prior to your special day.
  • Work with client on all aspects of the day. Help create event design,theme and overall vision.
  • Assist with venue and vendor selections. Review and help negotiate all contracts.
  • Set and maintain budget.
  • Keep track of all vendor payments and due dates.
  • Create calendar and check list for client to help them stay organized,involved and on task.
  • Help with favor selection and assembly.
  • Work closely with client on coordinating all print materials (invitations, programs and place cards).
  • Create reception site diagrams and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Complete venue walk through. Finalize all set up and layout.
  • Attend final catering meeting and review all F&B contracts.
